Before we start we would advise to check manufacturer’s instructions for any details or questions left unclear.

  • Make sure the appliance is switched off. Wipe the external side of the washing machine using a damp cloth and a spray.
  • You may find that a multi surface or hard surface cheap equivalent would do as good job as any other spray. If the surface is very dirty then use concentrated surface cleaner according to instructions.
  • Make sure all surfaces are wiped clean of any excess detergent.
  • Open the washing machine filter and remove any objects in it.
  • Wash under running water, check the slot for any loose particles, coins or any other objects that remain inside and replace.
  • Open the door and check he rubber seal for trapped dirt wipe clean but replace if there is mould build up.
  • Pull out washing powder tray and was, check slot for build ups and if any use warm water a cloth or a sponge to remove.
  • Use lime scale remover for washing machines.
  • Please check lime scale remover’s instructions and follow them strictly.
